Pole Fetish Dance & Fitness Studio   

  

The team at Pole Fetish understands that it's not always easy to find the motivation to exercise when you have to share sweaty gym equipment with hundreds of strangers or getting up to go for a boring jog around the block just isn't your cup of tea. Over the years we've come to discover that the most important part of keeping up a healthy exercise regime, is to find something that you actually enjoy doing and want to leave the couch for!

  

Which is why we bring you.... POLE DANCING! By far the funnest way to get fit and learn a new skill you could possibly imagine!

  

At Pole Fetish, we have been living and breathing pole dancing since the day of our first class, years and years ago. And when you do something for that long, you tend to get quite good at it! We've carefully designed 10 courses of pole dancing that start at the absolute beginner and take you all the way through to a strong, sexy pole dancing machine status. All our instructors come from different dance, fitness and entertainment backgrounds meaning our approach to teaching you the art of pole dancing is completely unique to any other studio and no two classes you take with us will ever be the same. 

  

Pole Fetish is made up of a small but personal 11 pole studio, meaning we have the ability to pay more attention to every students individual needs and progress through out your training. Aside from being a great way to get fit, toned and healthy, pole dancing is also about building confidence, having fun and finding a place where you can get away from the stresses of work and every day life to do something for yourself every week. By keeping our classes smaller, we've found our students not only achieve their fitness goals faster from the personalised attention but form close friendships with all the other girls in their class which is what keeps the atmosphere at Pole Fetish so fun and relaxed.

  

Since we first opened our studio back in 2007, we also came to realise that pole dancing alone isn't the only way to have fun while working up a sweat. There are many other forms of exercise that don't involve a pole that we know you'll love just as much. If you're a bit of a yoga fan, try our Stretch & Flex class for a stretch class that will have you extending like a ballerina and splitting like a Can Can dancer in no time. Love a bit of a fight? Punch and kick it all out of your system in our Foxy Boxing class! Or dance the night away in a fast paced , calorie burning Zumba class!

 

So if your looking for a new form of exercise to take up that you'll actually stick to, you've definantly come to the right place!
