ADDITIONAL INFO

WHAT DO I WEAR TO A POLE DANCING CLASS?
For all pole dancing classes you will need to wear a pair of shorts that leave your upper thighs exposed. This is because the skin on the top of your legs is needed to help you grip the pole. You can wear whatever you like on top so long as you can move comfortably but jewellery such as rings, braclets, watches and big earrings will need to be taken off before class.

Runners or bare feet are all you need for warm up. Bring your favourite pair of high heels or boots for the rest of the class or if you'd prefer, you can contuine your class in runners or bare feet. We have a selection ofpole dancing shoes at our studio to purchase if you don't have anything appropraite at home.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO PREPARE FOR A POLE DANCING CLASS?
You should always have a bottle of water handy in class as it's important to keep your fluids up during exercise. We also recommend that you don't use any body or hand moisturiser or lotion before a class as they can make you slip off the pole. You do not have to come to the studio already in your dancing gear as we have a changing room for you to use and store your things safely in during class.

CAN ANYBODY TAKE A POLE DANCING CLASS?
Anybody at all can take a pole dancing class, no matter what your age or size. If you are under 18, you will need written consent from a parent or gaurdian. You don't need to be overly fit, flexible and strong or have any previous dance experience as these are things we will help you to improve and build on during a course. If you are pregnant or have serious health issues, we reccomend that you consult your doctor before taking a class.

HOW DO I BOOK MYSELF INTO A CLASS OR COURSE?

If you are booking a course, we will require a $50 deposit to secure your booking which is to be paid before commencment of your course.
