Booty Camp is the essential class to take for getting in shape and sweating up a storm this Summer! We've combined all the best elements from our many classes at Pole Fetish to create one dynamic work out. If your looking to burn fat whilst toning and shaping your body, you'll get the results your after faster with Pole Fetish's Booty Camp. Using all sorts of fitness equipment from across our range of classes such to help maximise your training such as punching bags, pilates balls, skipping ropes, Hula Hoops, chairs and of course, the pole, we combine a little something from all our classes at Pole Fetish for the best all over work out you can get! Booty Camp involves circuit and interval training and the class changes a little every week to keep your body guessing so you'll never seeing and feeling the results! WANT TO COMPLIMENT YOUR BOOTY CAMP TRAINING? Booty Camp is one of our most effective classes you can take at Pole Fetish for high speed results that you can feel and see. But if your after more to keep you active during the week, we recommend combining Booty Camp with a Stretch & Flex course. At total opposite ends of the spectrum, Stretch & Flex will give your muscles a much deserved stretch and you can still tone and strengthening without having to leave the floor. * Classes are available on a casual basis for $15 per hour. Bookings are essential so please let us know if you are wanting to join a class as we don't want to over crowd classes.
