If you've been taking time off from exercise for quite awhile or your recovering from any injury or you've just had a baby, this is the perfect course to ease you back into it and get you loving being active again!

Quite often students are worried their age, size, injuries or strength are going to hold up their class but with the Get Your Groove Back course, everyone is in the same boat so there's no need at all to feel self conscious. 

You'll get to learn pole dancing to increase your strength aswell as chair dancing to bring your cardio up and mix the two together to learn sexy routines that will get you sweating and feeling fit and fabulous again!

  

WANT TO COMPLIMENT YOUR GET YOUR GROOVE BACK TRAINING?

We recommend taking a Stretch n Flex course at the same time as a Get Your Groove Back course as it is also a more slower paced course that is great for those easing back into exercise (those recovering from injuries especially). It will also help you with your flexibility and co ordination, two key points if you are looking to stick to pole dancing for fitness!
