Last Chance to Join a Course in Term 1!
Term 1 for 2012 kicked off on Jan 16th and we're having so much fun getting to know all our new students and helping everyone stick to their New Years Resolutions.
If you think your a bit too late to start getting fit, having fun and making new friends for Term 1, the great news is that there are still some final opportunities left to sign yourself up, so you won't have to wait until Term 2 starts mid March.

BASIC 1 POLE DANCING
Due to the Australia Day Long Weekend, this course is now the only Basic 1 Pole Dancing course we have left that it's not too late to join! Join in week 2 (Feb 4th) or week 3 (Feb 11th) and you'll get 1 or 2 make up classes that you can take at any stage of Term 1, with any class you see on the timetable!
When: Saturdays at 11am
Price: $180
GET YOUR GROOVE BACK POLE AND CHAIR DANCING
A fantastic course to take if you have been taking a break from exercise for awhile and are wanting to start pole dancing but feel a bit apprehensive about all that lifting and spinning! This course combines pole dancing with the great cardio fitness of chair dancing to ease your way back into exercise and get your body moving and your heart pumping!
When: Thursdays at 7:30pm
Price: $150 for remaining 6 weeks of course (Feb 9th is the last opportunity to join)
POLE FIT
Our most popular course for both current pole training students and those who just want to get fit, toned and lose those holiday kilos fast! Combining cardio, floor work outs and pole work outs, it's the ideal course to help you build all the right muscles to tackle your pole dancing courses or get the pole dancing body, without having to learn all the aerials and spins. No previous pole dancing experience is needed to enjoy a Pole Fit class!
When: Wednesdays at 6:30pm
Price: $50 for 4 weeks (starting Feb 15th) or $15 per casual class
STRETCH & FLEX
A great course to take for those are out on injuries, anyone who wants to improve their flexibility, or just those of you who hate strenuous work outs but still want to stay healthy! Stretch & Flex combines techniques from a number of different classes including yoga, Pilate's, body balance, tai chi, ballet and circus contortion for a complete all over work out that is good for both your body and mind. Push yourself as hard as you can, or just relax and unwind from a hard days work!
When: Tuesdays at 8pm
Price: $50 for 4 weeks (starting Feb 21st) or $15 per casual class
MASTER CLASS STRETCH & STRENGTH
Pole Fit meets Stretch & Flex in this complete body work out course for those who like a serious work out! Spend half an hour pushing your flexibility with deep intense stretching exercises to get your blood flowing and then sweat it all out in the last 20 minutes with a fast paced strengthening section lead by our pole dancing machine and Miss Pole Dance Victoria herself, Taylor Grace. Most suited for those who are currently pole training to compliment your classes but also suitable for anyone who enjoys a bit of hard work with their exercise !
When: Mondays at 6:30pm
Price: $80 for 4 weeks (starting Feb 13th) or $20 per casual class
BOOTY CAMP
Combining a bit of training from all our classes on offer at Pole Fetish, Booty Camp is the best way to kick off your weekend and get you moving on a Saturday morning! Our personal ass kicker, Brooke, takes you through an hour of cardio, relay and circuit training that involves all our fun equipment such as fit balls, hand weights, skipping ropes, punching bag, chair, hula hoops and of course, the pole. Your work out changes every week to keep your body guessing and ensure you'll always get results!
When: Saturdays at 10am
Price: $50 for 4 weeks (starting Feb 18th) or $15 per casual class
